Sokolow Architects was founded to provide the best client service while sharing our gifts of expertise in architecture and design. We welcome each client and their unique vision with an open mind and readiness to listen as we guide them through the complex process of design and construction.
Aga Sokolow, AIA, NCARB
Principal
Aga is a registered architect, with over 15 years of experience in a variety of project types. She graduated cum laude from Drexel University, and was a recipient of the Pearson Prize for best thesis. By then she had several years of experience as an apprentice in a boutique residential architectural studio in Philadelphia, and although she explored other paths later in her career, the passion for residential design remained the strongest.
The thoughtful making of spaces that her clients love is Aga’s greatest joy. Being trusted to guide her clients through the process and bring their vision to life is a privilege and responsibility.
Aga is originally from Poland, and she’s always happy to share her immigrant stories with those who are interested. She is quick to laugh, an intense listener, and an eternal optimist who likes a good challenge.
